On request, you can have appliances such as a waffle iron, sandwich maker, espresso machine, air fryer, DVD player, and iron. Smoking is allowed on the small balcony. For rainy days, there is a comfortable reading corner with books and DVDs for all tastes, as well as board games. A parking space is right by the house.
